About Smart IT
Smart IT provides proactive IT Support to businesses and home users in the North East from our office based in Whickham, Gateshead.
We are a team of Microsoft Certified Professionals and provide two services to our clients:
1. Smart IT provides SME companies and home users with a professional, corporate grade IT support service.
2. Smart IT provides bespoke software and website development services to SME companies.
Smart IT is going from strength to strength, with our client base having doubled in the last two years. We are constantly investing in new technologies and engineers to ensure the IT support service we offer does not suffer as our client base increases.
Smart IT will never over-stretch our engineers and recruit as we expand. Although we outsource value-added services such as telecommunications, we never sub-contact our key services. We live and die by the service we offer and we are not prepared to compromise on that service by using personnel that are not employed by Smart IT.
Some of the areas we cover include Gateshead, Newcastle upon Tyne, Sunderland, North Shields, North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Washington and Durham.
