Pay-As-You-Go I.T. Support
Smart IT offer Pay-As-You-Go support to both contract and non contract clients. With Pay-As-You-Go support, Smart IT can either:-
- Visit your premises to repair a specific problem
- Collect your hardware and investigate your issues in our workshop
- Dial in over a secure remote connection and repair the problem remotely
This service is available as and when you require assistance. No contract, retainers or 'block buying' of support is required. You simply call us when you need us and we respond promptly.
Pay-As-You-Go Support can also be used to get a taste of our support and services. We have found this has worked well in the past when no relationship has existed with a new client.
